As a client, you will have a statutory duty to ensure we, who appointed to work on the project have the skills, knowledge and experience to carry out the work in a way that secures the health and safety of the public and everyone else involved.
You will need to allocate sufficient time to make decisions and have sufficient funds to pay for the works. If you have information about the property such as measured drawings, information about possible asbestos in the building etc., it is your duty to provide this information to us.
Projects vary a great deal and no two are the same.
